About the Course

Experience the incredible underwater world and develop your skills in breath-hold diving with our two-day Freediver Course. Day 1: Theory and Principles of Freediving. On the first day, we will introduce you to the fundamental principles of freediving. Through a combination of classroom instruction and pool training, you will learn crucial breathing techniques, relaxation exercises, and safety protocols.

Day 2: Open Water Sessions. Building upon the knowledge gained on day one, the second day will be dedicated to open water sessions and focusing on the different disciplines of open water freediving and safety skills.

Advanced courses build upon these fundamentals and introduce advanced diving and equalization skills, and bring you to even greater depths.
